We will endeavour to process all orders the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders are processed from Brussels, Belgium.
Availability of products cannot be guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched. Please note that all our shipments are insured. Belgium and EU residents will pay VAT on their purchase.
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Turbulence, trading Orlanda is not responsible for payment of this duty. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. We regret to inform you that, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Russia and Belarus.
We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered and contained therein. We cannot mark any package as a gift to avoid customs and duties fees. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. All orders are delivered using DHL, Bpost or UPS excluding art and furniture items where we use specialist shipping companies. All items will be safely packed.
Shipping times are approximately:
Belgium, The Netherlands, UK, Germany and France: 1-2 days
Rest of Europe: 1-4 days
US: 1-4 Days
Rest of the World: 2-6+ Days
We offer free shipping worldwide (including Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg) on clothing, accessories and small goods on all orders over 350 euro, except for furniture and art. Please note that shipping quotes for art and furniture items will be quoted individually.
You can opt for ‘in store pickup’ when checking out, in case of delivery in Belgium. In that case, you can collect your order at our Orlanda store in Brussels. Please note that his is only possible for orders from Belgium. When you finalize your purchase you can select the option ‘Pick Up In-Store’. The order will then be ready for pick up from our shop in Brussels on the following weekday. You have 7 days to collect the order before it is returned to the warehouse. Note that you must have your order number with you when picking up in-store in order for us to identify the correct order.
Shipping times and shipping quotes for art and furniture items will be quoted individually.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.
All our prices include 21% VAT. Customers outside of the European Union, can shop tax free and will not be charged for any tax. Please note that handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
Import notice for US orders:
Recently the United States government made a change in the duties/customs charges on all orders to the U.S. From now on US clients are able to order up to $800 free of import tax.
