Procedure for returning goods
Items may be returned in original purchase condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Please ensure the item is unused, in perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached and accompanied by the original sales and returns form sent to you in the package. Swimwear, undergarments, fine jewellery, accessories, bags, art, furniture, records, books, homeware and cosmetics cannot be returned.
- Please fill in details for the items you would like to return. If you have lost the returns form, please download the form here.
- Please organize return shipment using your local/preferred courier. Please note you are fully responsible for payment of all return shipping costs.
- Items should be returned to: ATTN Online Shop, Orlanda, 45-47 Rue François Stroobant, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium.
If the item returned meets our return terms, we will issue a credit for the merchandise to the original payment method used, excluding the initial shipping cost. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund.
Terms of returning goods
You have the legal right to return your order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. In this case, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and processed in store, excluding the initial shipping cost. If you want to cancel your order, you will need to follow the procedure set out below within the fourteen days.
Complete the return form included with your original order. All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Orlanda will offer a refund provided that the returned items are unworn, in perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached and accompanied by the original sales receipt for the current selling price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All sales are final on swimwear, undergarments, fine jewellery, art, furniture, records, books, homeware and cosmetics.
Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and we hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping and for any costs involved. Orlanda is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in case of international purchases. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
